We're looking for a product designer who sweats the details and cares deeply about how things feel to use. You'll own the end-to-end design of new features from concept to shipped.
- 3+ years product design experience
- Strong Figma skills
- Experience designing complex workflow products
- Portfolio showing systems thinking, not just pretty screens
Customer Success Manager
Customer Success · Full-time · Remote (UK/EU)
You'll be the first point of contact for our growing customer base — helping teams get set up, find value fast, and stick around for years. You'll also feed customer insights directly into the product roadmap.
- 2+ years in SaaS customer success
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Genuine interest in messaging and AI tools
- Experience with WhatsApp Business a bonus
