Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the InboxBase platform and website. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Agreement
These Terms form a binding agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and Wow London Ltd, trading as InboxBase. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Services
InboxBase provides a unified messaging platform enabling businesses to manage customer conversations across WhatsApp, email, SMS, and other channels. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use InboxBase to send spam or unsolicited messages; violate WhatsApp Business Policy or Meta's terms; send illegal, harmful, or deceptive content; attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our platform; or resell access without written permission.
5. Billing and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. You authorise us to charge your payment method on the billing date. Refunds are available within 14 days of first payment for new subscribers.
6. Free trial
New accounts receive a 3-month free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you choose a paid plan or your account moves to read-only. We will notify you by email 14 days and 3 days before trial expiry.
7. Data ownership
You own all data you input into InboxBase. We do not sell your data to third parties. We process your data solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from within the platform. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
